I found Jeannie to be very intelligent and willing to research my property that I was selling. I had a 10 year run of bad luck with several 'couch' realtors who did not listen or validate the factual information I conveyed. It was a commercial piece of property in a spot zoning situation in a rural community.
Of all the realtors I tried to engage, Jeannie was the only person who took the extra time to listen and investigate my property. She got the job done. To her I am forever grateful.
